This one allows all the phones to be used at once (to talk to same caller). Only one phone has to be attached to a phone cord and the rest work off of it. Lots more phones were more expensive but none were any better at that part. We're older and don't need whatever else those phones might have. Can also listen to messages from any of the extensions. I have nothing to be critical (negative) about.

Fixed my sound quality problem

First call after new installation proved AT&T phone was the right choice of product, without changing phone service. Especially like larger dial numbers. Using with Verizon service at the moment.
