Phone needs to stay close to the base in order to work well.

This is a very practical phone. Its three handsets give lots of talk time so we don't run out of power too soon. I would have liked the call announce feature which the phone does not have.The call waiting feature works but it takes a couple of minutes for the call to be stored.

this phone fills our need. I had to follow the directions to program in the contacts list as I learned I could not transfer it from my iPhone. I will now review the instruction manual to learn how to retrieve the numbers I have entered into the directory

Th telephone work very well and were not very expensive

Bought the 3 set phone to replace a set that I had for 5 years. The old set was older technology and had never worked well in parts of the house. 2 of the units had stopped working all together. The new phones went in with no issues and I have a clear signal all throughout the house.

Nice features, light up dialing and easy to set up

Telephone works great and has a lot of good features.

HOWEVER, I ordered online and it would be ready for pickup some two weeks later. OK, I waited. Checking your website, I found out the store had them in stock. But I waited. Finally I went into the store and there were at least a dozen on the shelf. This should never have happened.

I decided to switch brands this time around buying replacement cordless. I wanted a no answering system and they do make them, but not stocked in store. So for a couple bucks more I got answering and turned it off to use the cable voice mail instead.

Got this to replace an old ATT set that got fried by a power surge. Very easy set up and I like the option to add a handset. My only complaint is that the battery life is shorter than the old units. But with 3 handsets around, I can live with that.

My old phone system failed, so I had to pick up a new system without shopping around or doing any research. I have been happy with this system! It was priced right, easy to set up, and it gets the job done.

Has a nice lit up keyboard which helps my mum a lot. I wish the buttons had been a bit larger but they are not too small My mum doesn't use the answering machine. Call clarity on the main unit and handsets & phone range is pretty good.

Its an average phone ..could have better reception.

Unfortunately I feel maybe it was just this one set. The phone had an echo and there was a static noise when using it too. We returned it and bought the next one up with 4 phones...much better sound quality

At&T, excellent phones. Only main one with answering machine needs to go into a phone jack. The other two phones plug into the electric but that's it... Clear conversations no matter how far from the base. Very pleased

I bought these phones for a family member whose phones were not holding a charge. She had the phones for about 8 yrs. I don't know what brand they were. She is very please with the new phones I sent her. We talk just about every day. We live quite far from each other. My response below is what she told me.

To me it's not about the brand name, it's it about how useful the product is and this phone is very good with it large highlighted number buttons when it's dark u can see the buttons very clear.
