My previous phones were also AT&T. I had those phones for over 15 years with no problems. I needed to upgrade as the other phones were beginning to wear so I made this purchase and I'm glad I did.

I am returning this item. The directory can not be alphabetized. Not Best Buys fault, but I really do not want to have to go through the whole directory to find a phone number. Sorry

Great reception clear voices and ringer has different volume controls. I like having three cordless phones and phone finder capability. It does come with a warranty and so far I am a happy camper.

I bought these phone to replace my previous set. I like these phones a great deal because of their ease of set up and intuitive features. I would purchase them again and recommend them to a friend.

The phones arrived in the time line laid out and they are just what we ordered. We don't use the house phones that often now, however when we do these provide exactly what we want.

Bought this system to replace an old phone system that needed 2 new batteries. Based on the price it was almost cheaper to get a new phone system then buy new batteries.

My family purchased this phone for the house and it’s been great. It’s just a typical home phone so there’s not much that one could expect from it.

Wasn't certain when I bought it. It didn't have all the bells and whistles like bluetooth so I wasn't certain it would allow the wife to call me at the office. Glad to say, it worked fine and looks like a good purchase.

This phone set has been ok for the price. It takes a little while for the call information to register to the handset. Other than that, it's a great buy.

Purchased item on advice of salesperson who claimed it was one of the easiest and most straight forward one to use. Phone came with generic answering message. Followed directions to change to personal one well over half a dozen times. Would not take new message. No instructions included on returning to generic one. Returned to store, but had to take store credit rather than credit to credit card.

Phone system functions well. Manufacturer's description of the product is accurate, I suppose. I like that it stores 50 contacts, but I miss some of the features our old phone had. My husband complains about the sound quality, but I think it's just him; his hearing is going.

always buy at&t phones. I have always bought at&t phones. They are a great product and always seem to last. I like the fact that I can plug my other two phones in anywhere without having a phone jack. Good product.

I had the same phones since 2013; found it was cheaper to buy new phones rather than replace batteries. I got these phones cheaper than what I paid in 2013. Great Deal!

This is a good cordless phone system for the price. The voice is clear and crisp. It comes with 3 handsets but you can add more phones to this system.

We love our new phones. It was perfect because it had phones for each room. The speaker for your messages is loud and clear.

We had a little glitch at the beginning in that I was charged full price instead of the SALE price. That was handled quickly by the Best Buy Staff! Phones work and great and we are Happy!!

Wired home phone had a problem with one of the phones wiring. Instead of reworking our whirring we got the wireless which work great.
