Disappointment from AT & T

I'm now on my second set of new AT & T phones and neither has functioned properly. I have spent hours on the phone with AT & T for them to tell me it's not working properly!! Duh! I will return to the store and buy another brand, presumably without the same problems.

Very difficult to use.

It looked nice had three phones, two in use one backup, and was easy to handle. But, when it came to doing simple this as to add a contact or delete the ID log I was just lost. It has been several weeks and still have trouble. And I am usually able to pick up electronics easily.
