Works as advertised. Took only a couple of minutes to get activated.

Great way to use WIFI and be protected. Can use while traveling across country.

I have two of these, it’s a great hotspot for on the go or for home use.

No complaints here. Works perfectly with my AT&T sim.

I purchased the Nighthawk with hope of getting better range and bandwidth versus an hotspot I own. I had to return the device because it overheats even in an air conditioned room. It never worked when plugged into my car because even with the air conditioner blowing on it full blast the device said it was too hot to charge.

Was told it could be use with other networks as well. Verizon, in particular. After purchase you have to wait a period of time after activating with AT&T before you can unlock it. Unit works great tho.

Bought this to use in RV. Excited to have internet while travelling.

I’ve had it for about a month now and no problems.

Needed something for a job site where no connection was available.

Great for use for our internet plan no problems at all

Not great by any means. I was sitting right next to it and only had two bars of signal strength. Speeds were just a few mbs faster than an older device I use.

This is by far the best hot spot router out there.

The device itself is great, but severely limited by AT&T. I purchased this as backup Internet solution for a small office network. AT&T cannot give me an unlimited plan. The most I can get is a 10GB plan. Best Buy, did you know this? If so, why don't you disclose that to customers before purchasing?

I used the hotspot everywhere and it works really good. Only downside is that battery doesnt charge when device gets hot.

not worth the price. You are better off getting one of the cheaper models they do the exact thing

To start, the unit works well when its working. The signal, performance is great. Only problem and it is a big one, is that it does not work well with the battery in it. you can run it without the battery, but if you place the battery, it quickly overheats and becomes inoperable. only way to not have it do that is to stick it on top of a fan or a/c vent. If not for the overheat problem, this would be amazing. If you check online the over heat issue is VERY common, and does not have a fix so that it will charge and work on its own. it overheats when charging and also when just running on battery.
