It's awesome when it works but i wish the coverage area can be more stable. Many times we lose connection

Too expensive for streaming. Plan runs out of data very quickly if streaming. Good for working though.

It worked great for about 3 weeks then locked up. Tried factory reset per manual and it locked up during this process as well. Returned to BestBuy and they said it was past the 2 week return period so they could not help. Called Netgear support and they said to call AT&T. Since it is "their" product they are responsible for replacement. Plan to call them tomorrow but have low expectations at this point. Under no circumstances should you buy this device. If you feel you have to have one then ONLY buy the unlocked version, not the AT&T version.

its not as good as they hype it too be. we dont get unlimited. we will go over within the last 3 days of the month

Very expensive data plans and very limited data. Would not let us add it to our unlimited data plan.

Works well but battery overheats and swells up then stops working

great unit but only works with att. if you have other carrier it does not work.

I was unable to use the device, as the connections for the SIM card were faulty. It did not work right out of the box, and had to be returned.

Very poor range on this device. Not sure if it was defective or what.

Turns out after 2 hours on the phone, AT&T only offers one plan for this Hotspot Router and it is 5GB for $50 a month which equals about 2 hours of netflix streaming (that is what the at&t rep told me on the phone). I need to return this item bc 5GB of data is of no use to me. Now, how do I return the thing via postal service?

Every video I saw of this the monthly service for this was unlimited/unthrottled.. All lies.. I drive over the road and would use the WiFi service at night and on the weekends, that was the plan.. So much for that,, the highest plan offered was $75... Barely lasted a week, not before I was throttled but before it said I was out of WiFi credit . $75 per week??? Really, and not using it too much.. Granted I was using it for my Roku TV in the truck but it was supposed to be unlimited and unthrottled.. Don't buy this paperweight unless you plan on spending $300 a month for WiFi for your TV anywhere you go... Since I returned it within the 14 days allowed for cash bask from Best Buy but I knew it was a waste within 7 days.

It worked great to begin with. Now it constantly tells me I need to take out the battery and reset. Needs to be replaced but cost to much money. I plan to go with a different brand.

Was excited to get this as the neighborhood I moved into didnt have hard wired internet service yet. My neighbor is getting over 60mps download speed. Most of the time I'm getting .02 or maybe up to 1. I have to restart it all the time. Sometimes I get over 30mps but that is rare and doesn't last long. Wish this was reliable but its not.

Returned the item per it didn't meet my needs. AT&T needs to step their speeds up and these devices are too much for what you get.

It got very warm when I tried to charge it upon arrival. Had to return it because it would not charge. They were out of stock so I couldn't get an immediate replacement. Not sure if this is a common problem for this item or not.

Paid 245.00 for the unit, spent 30.00 activation fee. Purchased the maximum Gig's and all it lasted was less than 20 hrs and ran out of 16 gigs. Plus they automatically charged me 10.00 for an extra gig because we ran out. So I paid 132.00 on top of the 245.00 for 20hrs worth of gigs which is robbery....

Read many reviews before purchasing this item and was highly disappointed. Netgear customer service is horrible, don't listen to what you tell them, only read from a script and apparently don't even underStand English. Don't waste your time or money and get A pepwave .

lasted 6 months then randomly quit working netgear bestbuy nor ATT wanted to replace it either seems buying it out right through bestbuy wasnt a great idea.

This device has bad coverage. a phone better captures the signal that this device buys an antenna for this and the continuous problem returns it to store

Would never activate even after reading the instructions that came with it. Wished it worked
