Very slow speed and signal
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned an AT&T UNITE hotspot for 2 years and within the area where I live I had great reception with an AT&T tower close to my house, I had 3 to 4 bars 90% of the time. I decided to upgrade to the Netgear Nighthawk because of the additional features that were advertised. As soon as I plugged it in and started using it (same area in my home) I noticed it was very slow and was only getting 1 bar 90% of the time, and 2 bars intermittently, and this was at the very beginning of my monthly service, not being anywhere near my data limit. I have both hotspots hooked up and the UNITE gets twice the signal as the Nighthawk. I do not recommend this product simply because it is not performing anywhere near how I need it to. DO NOT BUY.

keeps dropping
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've read on-line about this product--that it drops frequently. It's true. Rather often. Every few minutes, more or less. If you are using an app that freezes when you drop (not all do, but I am) then you will become very annoyed. Going back today.
