    Without spending much money, my child now has a smartphone that has an easy interface, decent battery life, uses the same mini-usb charger cables that we have all over the house, and we use Skype to communicate over data instead of using up a bunch of money on pre-paid phone cards.

    I am so happy with this phone. I got it on sale and have used it for several years. It does what I need it to do and has never given me any trouble. I am happy with the AT&T service too. No dropped calls.

    My LG G4 phone was damaged and bought this phone as a temp replacement. Cant compare with Samsung and Lg's high price point, but gets my work done and looks like I am keeping this phone. In short, I am not missing much without HiFi gear.

    I chose this phone for my son, as a starter phone for him to have some responsibility. This a smartphone but not as current. If you looking for a phone just starting out for a child it would definitely be this one.

    Bought it during thanks giving sale for about $20. Phone us ok, but battery is bad. Discharges very quickly after a few months.

    I was able to just open and use at my leisure. Not too many pre-installed apps So if I didn't want app didn't have to worry about uninstalling any.
