We bought this phone to introduce an older neighbor to smartphones, and she loves it. It has helped her gain an understanding of basic smartphone functions and capabilities with the help of easy to use launchers from the play store.

Broke my more expensive smart phone and didn't want another expensive phone so i purchased this and put my sim card from my old phone into this one. Does exactly what I need it to and no issues otherwise. Good for the price!

This is decent for folks who don’t use their phone very often. The battery gets hot wicked easy. It doesn’t receive most calls or texts. Battery dies quickly and doesn’t keep a charge for more than a few hours. Good luck. These issues could be a manufacturer defect - though, I wouldn’t know.

My bigger ,other phone was damaged in a fall and I neeed a phone right away because I am a realtor. The Best Buy associate suggested this phone to buy to use until my other new phone was sent to me, pluse I had $15 in Best Buy credits. Great suggestion so I was not down any communication time!!

This is a very basic limited phone for a low end price.

At $15 on sale you can't go wrong.I don't want to say "you get what you pay for" because you really are getting more than that. It's a great phone to give to a grandparent or someone who has ATT but doesn't have a smartphone. Just make sure to disable all the bloatware apps.

My little girl turned 6 years old and wanted an iPhone for her birthday but I saw this phone and it was perfect does everything she wanted it to do and it looks like an iPhone plus the price was great

The battery dies within 2 days of no usage with background usage ristrict although overall the quality of the screen itself and the pixels for movies and camera is great. The camera is not bad for a beginner and the phone is easily operatorable for other generation's.

This phone works well, picks up signal better than my last galaxy. Storage is limited and screen has no high definition. I knew this before I bought it is great for my daughter's first phone

I would highly recommend this phone to anyone on a budget. While this phone does not sport a huge screen it does, however have great specs built into such a small phone. The screen isn't as bright as I would have hoped, that is why I am rating it 4 out of 5 stars.

A normal phone with mediocre performance. It serves as a backup phone or for another sim. I bought it for very less price during black Friday sale. It definitely is worth the value for the price I paid.

This phone is simple you get what you pay for, however this phone comes in clutch when your kids or little brother breaks or loses iPhone and you need an emergency temporary phone. Great

Decent basic Android phone..., good for starter or something for the kid. Was quite a bang for the buck over Black Friday, definitely worth more than the $10 it was during that sale.

For $20 can't complain much but there is microphone issue with this phone when holding at certain angle, voice gets muted and person on other end seem to get a feeling call has ended. Basic android phone which can be used as backup.

A smart phone for $10?!?! AT&T makes it easy to unlock. Although its camera isn't the best, this phone packs a pretty conservative punch. Not a bad price for a backup phone.

We purchased this as a gift for an older family member... She likes it so far and can use it quite well so that's five stars for me! Works every time she picks it up.

It is a decent phone for those people with limited use. don't expect or comapre this phone with LG, samsung or an Iphone. It's priced right. look for sale, it goes even cheaper

Inadequate speaker volume for calls. Very little memory and AT&T bloatware takes up too much space. Slow. In general, it's a phone that works in a pinch but it sucks long term.

At&t Gophone is really nice phonewith 16Gb memory in it... problem is when you click on phone book it tries to pull something from AT&T address book before it displays contact.
