Best Budget Phone Available for the Price

Never seen a smart phone this cheap. It's a basic phone, but you will not get anything better at this time for this price. It isn't a Premium phone, but it has all the necessities: 1GB RAM, 8GB Storage, Front-facing cam, 4G LTE, 4.5" screen. Pros: 4G LTE, inexpensive, basic Cons: No Flash, Not too much free storage
