Basic phone, had to return it but BB return easy

Best Buy mad it easy to swap for another but only consider this phone as a backup or temp replacement. In the end it would have saved me valuable time to spend a bit more. Also can't buy a case to fit this at Best Buy, odd since they have tons of overpriced accessories for all other phones.
