The product works well for its price range. However, it has some major issues with respect to the phone software and crashes a lot in the middle of use. The phone can be best used as a spare phone for occasional texts and calls but not as a mainstream phone.

I didn't realize this was a prepaid phone rather than a regular monthly billing. Prepaid billing over the internet is not acceptable to me since I don't use my computer for any financial operations. I feel it leaves me too open to problems.

Bought 2 of these for us. One worked fine but the other wouldn't let you answer calls or receive texts. You had to call back or go to the home screen and reopen text to reply.

very hard to program. Instructions are vague. I've had to go back to the store twice and have help just to be able to answer an incoming call. It just could be i'm not a teenager, but this phone is way smarter than I.

I ordered this phone for my husband to use on the jobsite. He goes through a lot of phones, so it makes no sense to buy anything expensive. I was surprised how nice this phone was for the price. It's sturdy, has nice features and is easy to use. Reception is good. It would be 5 stars if not for three things: There is NO flash, there is no way to block individual numbers, and the battery life is not great. Not horrible, but not great either. If any of these things are important to you (they are to me) then don't buy this phone. For a spare phone, or a jobsite phone, this is a really good phone. Also, in case you are wondering (like I was), the ATT prepaid phones work just fine with your regular ATT account.
