Decent spare phone

However, it has some major issues with respect to the phone software and crashes a lot in the middle of use. The phone can be best used as a spare phone for occasional texts and calls but not as a mainstream phone.

Prepaid billing over the internet is not acceptable to me since I don't use my computer for any financial operations. I feel it leaves me too open to problems.

not for a first phone

I've had to go back to the store twice and have help just to be able to answer an incoming call. It just could be i'm not a teenager, but this phone is way smarter than I.
