I ordered this phone for my husband to use on the jobsite. He goes through a lot of phones, so it makes no sense to buy anything expensive. I was surprised how nice this phone was for the price. It's sturdy, has nice features and is easy to use. Reception is good. It would be 5 stars if not for three things: There is NO flash, there is no way to block individual numbers, and the battery life is not great. Not horrible, but not great either. If any of these things are important to you (they are to me) then don't buy this phone. For a spare phone, or a jobsite phone, this is a really good phone. Also, in case you are wondering (like I was), the ATT prepaid phones work just fine with your regular ATT account.

I bought this phone for my mom who isn't very tech savvy. It was her first "smart" phone and all she needed it for was making calls and receiving texts. The touch screen on this phone is garbage! It takes 2-3 seconds to respond and it is very laggy when scrolling. I knew buying it that it was going to be cheaply built, but this wasn't even with the $10 I paid for it. Also, more often then not, she couldn't hear the person on the other end of the line! So frustrating, I ended up buying her an LG that she loves.

Wasn't particularly fond of this phone. Picked it up I a pinch, and it was worse than I feared. If you need a phone for anything besides calling or texting, pass on this one.

phone lasted about 10 days, started to get operating system error messages , error messages when nothing was being used (just sitting in your pocket) , now doesn't turn on. I just bought it because it was cheap, I think you get what you pay for. But probably early hardware failure. Its a shame since I spent $45 for the phone card, and then signed up for a $35 plan since I didn't need $45 worth of features. so I wasted $10 right there. Just get this if you totally don't care what happens to your phone.

Went completely wrong with this phone. My Iphone was damaged so I thought I could make it with this one. I was wrong at every angle!

I had a lot of trouble trying to unlock this phone for use outside of AT&T. While I was eventually able to get it to work with T-Mobile it took much longer than expected.

Had a few glitches but for the price was decent enough to make calls. That was about it. You get what you pay for.

Screen and camera quality is not good . however basically its about what we pay for . Good for call purpose

I bought this phone for my mom to get her away from the old flip phones. There are issues with it but overall, a decent phone for beginners.

Purchased this phone to use as my Android was not working and had to send back for repair. I am required by work to have a cell phone.

This phone does not work well at all. I can't receive mms. If my face is too close it hangs up. I wouldn't recommend this phone.

lock would not work on phone and it kept calling 911 by it self and police came terrible phone

Here my reason why I do not recommend this product, to download a application connection, (wi-fi) takes more than 30 minutes, the brightness level on the screen is very smooth. Buy two different models the same company ALCATEL and the same result, and my internet was not the problem because I have other devices connected to the same signal and work well I hope my comment will help them to decide before buying. luck!

I tried to get it set up with my current phone number but was never sucessful. Still have not been able to use.

OK kind of phone, if you plan to use mostly as phone, this will be good, for smart is added advantage but expect more.

Nearly the worst phone ever bought.. I wouldn't even want to donate this phone

No flash, phone opens easily in pocket, "butt dials" easy, hard to navigate.

I'm sorry but this was the worst phone I have ever had I returned it!

Drops 10% every hour while not bring in use having no apps running no Wi-Fi Bluetooth or anything

Brought it for my grandson it does work well always in reboot stage. I don't recommend this phone
