I bought this phone to hold me over until I was able to pay full price for a good phone and I should've just when without. This phone is only great for talking. I miss just about all of my text messages, the headphone jack sound is horribly low, and the touch screen is slow to respond. You can't even use the SD card for your apps. It's just for pics and the camera is too bad for that. But I guess you get what you pay for. If you are not a texter or use the internet often, this phone is for you. I wouldn't use this as a daily driver.

bought this for my kid so I thought it would have been a good phone to be able to just make calls but the sound quality is bad and it seems to not respond when she needs to make a phone call so she has to re start and that seems to work. But I need something reliable in case of emergencies.

It is a decent phone for $11 and it has all basic smart phone features.

Phone is surprisingly good in many areas. Pretty fast but when it comes to microphone, somehow next person doesn't get clear audio even on Skype they say the volume is toooo low.. Can they fix microphone?

MALWARE preinstalled on NEW phone! Purchased,activated and set up, by the time I reached the home screen MALWARE had begun to take over the phone! Security features were altered and shaded out. I had disabled "Google Contacts Sync" app-while it was still disabled I discovered it running and trying to go online. System Apps were affected-shaded out, mysterious data and cache appearing....Everything that was happening is too numerous to mention. I did several Factory Default Resets -nothing made it normal. The MALWARE is definately at the SYSTEM LEVEL! I will be returning it to the store. As for how the phone works-I have no idea- I never had the chance to use it in its 'NORMAL' state.

Poor screen resolution, and loaded with bloatware. Bought 2 for 10 bucks each. The 5 dollar Alcatel pixi pulsar is better for use as a Chromecast and Bluetooth remote.

Price attractive, but poor sound and microphone. No one can hear you talk. Phone cuts out on conversation almost every time.

AT&T is not unlocking this phone without 6 months of paid services. So if you'll buy it to use it in another network you should consider this aspect.

This phone is only good for backup use incase your main phone broke. the phone button (home, back key), you have to press it really hard for the phone to respond, it' like you have to abuse the phone by pressing really hard for the phone to respond. the touchscreen is fine, only need to press it lightly but the home and back key, you have to press it really hard.

This phone doesn't work well. I didn't get my calls.

Worst GoPhone I've ever had. Keypad is non-responsive half the time. It changes settings on it's own volition. I have NEVER dropped this phone OR got it wet. I'll NEVER buy another Alcatel phone--any model

Spare yourself the agony...stay away from this phone.
