Didn't like it at all. The sound was horrible. Phone calls were very low and I couldn't hear anything.

Despite insisting many times that I need an unlocked cell phone, which would be used in Brasil, Best Buy's sales people from Miami Southbeach store offered an IPhone blocked by AT&T for 6 months. It was only possible to find it out when I returned home. Now I am in São Paulo, Brasil without any possibility to use it.

It got a little wet then in had shadows in the screen ridiculous better off going the expensive route and iPhone 6 or 7

It may be a great phone once upon a time. Now, there are way better phones from even unknown companies which are better than this IPhone 5S.

Bought this for my Grandma as an upgrade for her practice (2nd hand) iphone 5c. Did not want to get an installment phone so this iPhone 5s GoPhone was the best option. The item works great, size was just enough for her, and all the basic necessities (phone calls and texts) were sufficient. We didn't use the airtime credit since she already had her own plan with AT&T. Only had a problem with the activation of the phone because, apparently, the Best Buy cashier/employee forgot to mark it as sold in their inventory or directory so AT&T had to block its activation assuming that it was stolen. I had to send an official receipt just to confirm that we bought it. So be careful when buying this phone with Best Buy. Make sure they mark it as sold to prevent any hassle. Other than that, phone was awesome.

Unlocking takes just 2 hours usually. DO NOT OPEN The iPhone package at all. Go to https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/request/#/unlockstep1 And select NON ATT CUSTOMER radio button top right hand corner on the page and then provide all the other details and check your email for unlock approved message from AT&T. I just did yesterday 03/18//2017

got this for a awesome price last weekend. phone is brand new, on IOS10, and works great. had it unlocked and on my choice network in under 10 mins. very, very easy to do as others have said (google it). happy with my purchase!!

I purchased this phone during black friday for $170 and pretty good at this price point... I prefer this compared to budget android phone... Keep getting new OS updates are super cool

The fact that the phone came with airtime made it an easy decision to purchase for us when buying my daughter a new phone.

Apple quality, IOS, can't be beat. Other android phone just doesn't seem right and keep overheating.

This iPhone will work in India. Can we use this iPhone for 2 months and change to other carrier.

My main concern was that the actual airtime card was not included. it was $45 airtime just loaded to the sim. Customer service was very rude and unhelpful and flatly told me to return the phone which I did. AVOID.
