Bad Business

Went to the store to order and was told it had to be ordered online. Was told by worker that it would come already activated and by the advertisement online it says that the phone will come already activated. After getting the phone in and trying to set it up I had to pay more money to get it activated. After calling twice and finally getting someone on the phone, I was told that the activation was me actually getting the phone. I really don't think its right.

Defective Brand New Phone
