Like most iphones the life is short lived before they seemingly start having battery life issues.

Now I have to take it to the closet Apple store which is about a hour away to see what can be done next.

unable to use the phone

The next time I tried to open the tray, it wouldn't open. I think something's broken. I have not been able to use the phone at all. :(

Didn’t even turn on

When it arrived it would not turn on. It never did. I had to take it to a store to exchange it for another one. The second one worked great.
