Perfect for my budget

What I love is that ATT offers this as a prepaid plan. That way when my son doesn’t pay he can’t use it as a phone. The phone still works (minus the calling part) over WiFi to play on apps and stuff most of us like to do on smart devices. The overall price certainly fit the budget.
