Hard to adjust

AT&T block my Prepaid Account

Great price if you need a GoPhone

The cost is very inexpensive and if he loses it, breaks it, or gets bad grades, it's easy to stop service. Got it on sale, so its less than half price of Apple itself. You cannot unlock GoPhones though, so don't try to switch it over.
