Great phone horrible service

Ported over his number and but they never activated data or text. It took, 8+ plus hours over 3 days with ATT prepaid frustating customer service for them to fix issue.

Possibly better than android?

Ive only ever had an iphone4 and i never activated it. I had no intent of using an apple device for my daily driver. Anyways I had to pop in my sim card to get it going and set up and I found myself making excuses to not switch it back. Honestly the smaller form factor, the camera, the speed, the simplicity and all of the detail is whats making me possibly switch. The only thing thats wrong with my unit is that the power button is loose and the home button is kind of sticky. The earpods sound good but they make a static noise when you touch the plug in. Im not crapping on andoid users because i am one myself so I'll say this one extra thing. If youre looking for great battery life this isnt the phone for you. Really apple isnt well known for having the best battery life.
