Great phone, it has features you wouldn't expect from a budget phone. Purchased it because of the phone's curved design & price.

Its an ok phone. The only problem is that it can be slow to respond at times.

My husband brought the phone. He said the ring tones sucks. But it works ok. He has trouble access his email also.

My mom insist on keeping her ways. I had to convince her to upgrade from her flip non smart phone to the item. She loving it!

To start off, you should know I moved it to Tracfone, which uses the same towers and same data connection settings as come default on this phone, no matter how many times I talk to Trac. From day 1, data has never worked on this phone no matter how many times I talk to Tracfone support. Also, I will have full signal bars and when I try to make a call, it drops it and I have to try again... Every... Single... Time. This is a terrible phone, do not buy, I wish I could return it but I don't have the receipt. It randomly lost GPS the other day and it took 3 reboots in the car to get it back, thus is my reason for saying this phone is unsafe. Two days ago, I was on a call and it would not hang up, I kept pressing the end call button and it just sat there. I had to reboot the phone to end the call. I've almost thrown it at the ground several times out of frustration. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. When I can, I am going to move back to my old phone, which is like 800 mhz single core android 2.someodd, because I need something that works. Not this piece of garbage.

This is a 5" hd wide screen phone with and 8mp camera. This phone is a solid low cost phone with great features.

I replaced a Lumia 640 that I dropped with this phone. I could have purchased another Lumia for a lot less than this phone, but apps are constantly cancelled on Windows Phone OS. The Zenfone 2e does the job and has a decent screen as well. The graphics chip in this phone is way ahead of its class. I am able to play any FPS game smoothly without lag. The sound is loud and clear. The phone takes decent photos, even in low light without using the flash, thanks to HDR mode. Storage space is limited (3.33 GB out of the box) and not all apps can be moved to an SD card. The CPU can be sluggish when switching apps or multitasking. The key to speeding this phone up is to go to apps under settings and disable the bloatware that is pre-installed on it. These apps are typically the ones that AT&T installed (Navigator, My AT&T, Uber, etc.). Overall though, you cannot beat it for the price!

Very slow in switching screens, when your playing a game it's hard to answer if someone calls

Bought it for my grandson...it does everything he needs it to do...he enjoys it

I ordered 3 phones for my kids about 3 weeks ago and then looked at the plan available and decided that I could do better elsewhere. .25 per minute or $45 per month is just way too much. I decided to bring the phones to a Best Buy store for a refund. When I arrived at the store with the receipt and 3 not openend phones I was greeted by the clerk telling me that they are only refundable for 14 days. I am over by 6 days. Maybe they can give me store credit. I was really upset about this. They called the store manager and she said to give me store credit. The moral of the story is beware of this really BAD return policy at Best Buy. Over 14 days and NO RETURNS. They did give me store credit which I will use very soon before they go out of business. No store can stay in business with terms like this. Goodbye Best Buy hello Costco and Amazon.
