Not sure if this is due to this specific phone, or just an android 8 thing, but you can't even use the external storage (microSD card) to store media and apps at the same time, and should you choose to store apps on it (shared storage, as it calls it), then the SD card becomes unreadable to any device other than this phone, and must be completely reformatted to be used for file transferring again, during which the phone will delete your videos and images despite it saying no videos or images are on the SD card to begin with. Maybe I was spoiled with my ATT Galaxy Express 3, but that was a budget phone too, and much older. You'd think phones of the same price point would only get better over the years. I miss my Galaxy Express 3 :(

I got this phone on a whim and I must say though it's durable its not quality. The screen is hard to view the camera quality is awful. This phone is basic and below regular.

Do not buy. Phone Axia used 1GB Data for activation. Purchased another ATT prepaid phone at Walmart. This phone used 488mb of data to activate. Do NOT BUY ATT PREPAID CELL PHONES.
