The phone has enough functions for daily use. The price should have been less. It breaks easily.

I love that Best Buy has a great variety of movies. Why not shop where you can find the best movies and get rewarded.

I purchased this phone with minimal expectation. My experience has been horrible. It doesn't even compare to the cheaper ZTE Avail I have added three apps. and there's not enough room for it to update its own preloaded software. If I take more than 3 pictures I get the low storage warning. I am currently looking for a replacement and this phone is 3 months old. I would continue to use this phone but the biggest problem is call quality. Absolutely everyone I talk to, at some point in our conversation, says that they can't understand me. This is worse than my flip phone that I traded up from.

I bought this phone for my wife after trying a lot of alternatives. It was only supposed to be a temporary solution, so my expectations were low. This phone managed to be worse than my lowered expectations. It is simply unusable. You have a SEVERELY limited amount of memory for adding apps, and there is no way to expand it. Only recently my wife had to delete apps she likes/needs because the phone wouldn't let her check email because of low memory! Read that again. You have to delete apps to be able to check email. If you put an SD card in it won't help, the phone will not save pictures to it, music to it, move apps to it, nothing. You might as well put a piece of cardboard in the SD slot, you will get the same results. I tried to root it, to solve some of these problems. I'm not a rookie rooter. Not rootable, not via Towelroot or any of the other big effective methods, with or without a computer. I have to give ZTE credit for making it tough to root. I spent hours one day trying every way I could Google to crack this beast. Also, ZTE customer service doesn't know about the limitations of this phone. The person I spoke to tried to walk me through the process of moving an app to the SD card. That option doesn't exist on this phone. Nobody believes me until they look for themselves. I've never seen anything like it. No independent developers are working on solutions, because the phone is so unpopular. Let me make it clear. If you buy this phone it may seem fine for a week or two. Maybe a month or two. But if you take pictures? Download apps? You are going to hit the concrete wall of limitation on this phone and it will frustrate and annoy you. There is no help, only crowds of people who can't wrap their heads around how bad this phone is. There are no solutions. Simply return it, or use it as a phone only. With it's current limitations, it is not a smartphone in any true sense of the word. Best Buy should stop selling this phone. I'm not kidding, Hear me now, believe me later.

I have 1 small app loaded and the phone storage is full. You can't delete any of the bloatware, can't load apps one the SD card. Google has their apps then AT&T loads their apps, so now I have two calenders, two clocks, two music players, two browsers, etc. ZTE won't let you delete preloaded apps, only disable them.

This phone is reasonably priced for a decent 4glte smart phone it has decent specs and works pretty well 'there is not a ton of space for a lot of apps i downloaded about 23 apps and there is not a lot of room left for more so for heavy app users it may not be a great phone, but for someone who only downloads a handful of apps it is a good deal

JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK & JUNK I'VE HAD THIS PHONE FOR ONLY 4 MONTHS AND IT'S READY FOR THE TRASH. BOUGHT AN EXTERNAL MEMORY CARD AND EVEN AFTER DELETING FILES & SENDING EVERYTHING TO EXTERNAL TO IT BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT UPGRADE APS DUE TO NO INTERNAL MEMORY. IT STILL SHOWED LOW MEMORY SO THEY DID A FACTORY RESET AND NOW BLUE TOOTH WON'T WORK PROPERLY. THIS PHONE ALSO DELETES PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ~ DELETED ALL MY PHOTOS AND 5 GOOD VIDEOS. IT DID NOT SEND TO MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT FOR BACKUP . DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Good phone for children or first time android users.

I have owned several phones and have never dealt so many butt dials, and in general, this phone goes haywire doing things you didn't ask it to do. If you own this phone, have low expectations. Don't keep it in your pocket: just carry it in one of your hands at all times, and make sure you hold the lower part of the phone that doesn't include any buttons. Otherwise, it WILL do stuff you didn't ask it to do, dial people you didn't ask it to call at 2 am, etc., etc. Or, don't bother, because it will probably do those things regardless. And THIS IS WITH THE LOCK FUNCTION IN PLACE. It is a cheap phone, just know that you are getting what you pay for.

I had hoped to use this phone as a back-up, and for times when I can't carry my Galaxy Mega. The ZTE website says this phone has 4 gb of storage. After only installing just a few apps it began to give me an error sting that there was not enough memory for the other apps that I normally install. After looking at the storage area in the settings I discovered that the phone only has 1.24 gb TOTAL. This includes the OS and all preinstalled apps. Do not get this phone unless you only use the native apps built into android and never download others. You will regret it. There is also no way to uninstall the built-in apps, nor can you move apps to the sd card. I've only had the phone a few hours and will be returning it first thing tomorrow. I had hoped to see a review before getting the phone, but since there were none, I hope this will help anyone considering this phone.

my first impression is that the specs are excellent for a budget phone, but the MAJOR flaw with this phone is the internal storage. There is no option to download apps to the SD card. Meaning there is not a lot of space for apps. I recommend rooting the device to remedy this problem.

The Memory is not enough no sd card slot. Returned.

No SD Storage support. Only has 1.2gb so after all the software updates there is no room for apps. Androids new systems doesn't support SD cards so all this phone is good for is making calls.

Great phone with plans you can't beat. I added a 32GB memory card works good. No fees or taxes either. Great service with at&t. For the price you can't beat it and I did some shopping around and found this to be the best deal. Highly satisfied
