Item was exactly as described. I was able to activate the phone for free at an AT&T Retail Store. The phone purchase was half the price of what AT&T wanted to charge me for the same Pre-Paid Flip Phone.

Recently got this phone for a spare number to use on a real estate listing. Didn’t want to deal with realtors calling my personal phone. Worked great. Text is difficult through good old T9 mode.

Gave up my smart phone for this pre-paid item. I wasn't getting my money's worth out of the other, $90. a month and it usually needed charging and/or was lost in some pocket. So I'm getting used to the pre-paid thing. A month into it and I'm still on the first $25. As far so good and saving money is always nice.

This is a great phone for someone who doesn't need a touchscreen or smartphone. You can still send and receive pictures. Phone also has a camera. One of the best flip phones I've ever used.

I bought this phone for my Dad. He is an older gentlemen so he doesn't like phones that are complicated. The numbers on the phone are big so he can see them and easy to touch.

Basically, it is a basic phone. Makes calls, can text, but is a great starter phone for teaching a teenager how to be responsible.
