This is the perfect phone for someone who is just needing a phone for making phone calls it is a great phone for the price

Mr grandma needed a new phone and isn't ready for a smartphone. Thankfully Best Buy still carries some flip phones or basic phones. This model does have "senior" mode which is basically another way of saying that the speaker is louder. My grandma appreciates that her ringer is louder than her previous phone and the volume during her phone conversations is louder as well.

I purchased this phone for my older in-laws as it matches their previous phone that they are comfortable with.

For those who don't want a smartphone this flip phone is a good choice. Because it runs on the ATT&T network you also have the option to use the phone with other third party networks and not just ATT&T's GoPhone setup. I purchased this for my elderly parent and set them up with Pure Talk USA which is less expensive than GoPhone.

Pretty simple but reliable. Got it for my gramparents very easy to use.
