Good if all you want to do is make/receive calls

It works fine for that. While it offers other features, I wouldn't recommend the phone for that purpose.

Good basic flip phone

The att store did not have a replacement in stock. Best Buy had the prepaid att phones. I just popped in her SIM card instead of the pre pay one that comes with the phone and now she has a phone that works!

Evidently the phone number is also owned by someone else because I'm continually getting calls and texts from people I don't even know. I am taking the phone back to BEST BUY for a refund if possible because it is not useable.

Simple enough for a Grandmother

She has an iPhone and a galaxy but still just prefers how things used to be. She requested a flip phone. This was the best value, best plan and best flip I could find for her location. Highly recommended. Purchased with the 25$ unlimited plan. Would but again!
