I bought two of them for my friend, because she loses or drops them occasionally, and this phone works well and seems to tolerate a little ''percussion'' so to speak. Has the main points, talk, text, and camera. Good product for the price

I only needed it to port my land line to Google Voice. It worked perfect and was the cheapest alternative.

This phone comes with an AT&T sim card inserted so, don't make my mistake by purchasing a sim card with it, you don't need it. On the other hand, it's a nice phone, don't expect a lot of fancy options but it actually gets it done.

Not loud enough ring tone even when turned full up. Hard to open with one hand. The price is low enough to make up for shortcomings and att does not offer choices since dropping 2G.

My mother, bless her, only wants a flip phone. Tried to get her an iPhone but she’s a creature of habit. Her first phone was a Motorola RAZR and she wants another one. This one is good and meets her needs.

My parents only want a phone to use in case of emergency or to call family when they are away from home. They still use landline phones. They didn't want the features of a smart phone. This is perfect for them. The price is very affordable. I just put their sim card in and the phones are ready to use.

I like phone as it favors the prev. Go Phone I had...easy to carry but wish there was a holder I could clip to waist band if I wanted to. I like that it closes up but could be a little bigger to accommodate the size of texting, pics, etc.

The At&t GoPhone - LG B470 Prepaid Cell Phone - Black is a great low-cost cell phone. I purchased it for my elderly mother who is very limited in her technology knowledge and this phone fits the bill. The voice activation features from opening the home page to messaging is very helpful for her.

I opened the box and thought, Here's a keeper. Nice heft, large buttons ,easy opening and an attractive appearance. Unfortunately, when I placed my T-Mobile sim into it, it didn't recognize it. Text told me to contact A.T&T to unlock it. After being given the run around and three phone calls later, I called an A.T&T retail store to be told I had to have a minimum of six months as an A.T&T subscriber before they would unlock the phone. Best Buy graciously gave me a refund

It's just a basic phone for my father in-law.. He doesn't care for all of the "touch" screen phones out there.. Just took out his sim card in his old phone and put it in this new phone.. It's good to go..!!!

Purchased as a backup phone when my smartphone needed service.. Works great as a phone. This used to be the newest, how soon we forget it does not have touchscreen or keyboard. It does what I needed at the time.

This is a very inexpensive phone with camera and texting. Good for a biginner or someone that does not want or need all the bells and whistles. I have no plan with unlimited calls and texting for 25. a month.
