My uncle has dementia and has trouble with other phones, especially smartphones. This phone is perfect for him: large, simple display, easy to access phone book for frequently called numbers. Keeps it's battery charge a long time; keys are large and easy to manipulate.

He's complaining bad reception and the phone doesn't always ring. We've got AT&T. I tried and he was correct that it doesn't always ring when I call him. Not sure of this is the phone of bad reception?

Bought one a couple of months ago battery went dead. Best buy replaced it even after the grace period was up. Appreciate that. Phone is pretty good as long as the battery doesn't die. Will see how it goes!

Best Buy wanted me to write this review even though we just got it. First off, it's $25 and you own it. Secondly, it's an LG and not an off brand or ZTE so it should be fairly reliable for just under 2 years because they're all made to fail before 2 years, right?

She uses this phone on daily baisis , does not need internet but it has access . -She loved it

I was trying to find the lest expensive way to have a home phone since we all have Cell Phones; for the additional line on my plan it worked out to less than $10 per month; with long distance LOL....

Bought this phone for my mother. She only need basic cellular phone for basic needs. She's happy and bright side of the phone is its compact to carry around.

Recommend to elderly people because of its quick emergency numbers

Kinda old school but does the job until I can afford new phone. I broke screen on my iPhone so bought this to use until I get next phone.

My grandma needed a new phone and I wish I would get a high tech touch screen lord knows instant snatch off the streets plus she use to flip phones and love this one the only thing is I wish the volume was I bit higher also the ringer as well.

the hing on my current flip phone was broken on my AT&T family plan phone, cound not get a new one, so I purchased the same phone on the pre paid plan and inserted my card from the broken phone to the prepaid phone and now it works on my AT&T family plan

Purchased this phone for my children to have while walking home from school. Works perfectly for them to use in emergency situations. You can program numbers and there is one touch dialing.

Got it to replace a phone like it for my 93 yr old Mom. Didn't like the speed dial setup and I couldn't get the volume high enough for her.but she is 93 and very set in her ways

If you're just looking for a phone, then you got it. Don't expect much else. 3 star because I honestly despise AT&T but was a necessary buy.

no text, no email and no camera very basic phone. This was exactly the phone. just took the new SIM card out, popped his right in (it fit perfectly) and he was ready to go. I'd recommend this phone for any basic users on AT&T go phone plans

Was looking for flip phone with full size sim card for my mom. Excellent choice as it supports quadband for voice so can be used anywhere . Only cons is missing microSD support.

I mostly stay at home and hence do not need to carry a smartphone around. A basic phone this simple fits my purpose as an emergency phone when I go out. The speaker is loud enough even for seniors and its keyboard is easy to use.

Low price, minimal functionality, but perfect if all you need is a mobile phone. In our situation, we wanted our child to have a phone to contact us if necessary.

Got this for my 14 yr old who had lost 2 old smartphone models, our deal was that she has to show she is responsible with a flip phone before she can get another smartphone

When we had to send our iPhone in for repair we needed something. This phone was a big adjustment but it got the job done.
