my dad lost his phone. I use the pink carrier, and had to get this unlocked before it would work. For only $5 it worked, and now my dad is back in business. They let me go this time on the cost of the SIM card.

I bought this for my husband who can not seem to use a smart phone. He does very well on it and can also text. He is very happy with the Christmas gift I chose for him

Wish the exterior screen was a little larger. I changed the SIM card on my previous phone to this one and it works just fine, did not have to pay an activation fee.

Not so great have for my dad lost 95 minutes after they expire in one year he only used five minutes

We have great cell coverage in most areas with our provider, yet there are a few locations that we go to out in the wilderness that AT&T has coverage that others don't. So this is used as a second option.

Great phone just for simple calls as it is intended for. Battery is not as great but this is expected. Overall would buy again at affordable price.

I purchased this phone for my mother in law. She is not a gadget person, and this phone has what she wanted, that is the ability to make calls and receive call.

Good phone but a little difficult to compile a text message. No manual included so I will need to get online to see if I can find how to text on it.

It's a good phone for someone who needs simplicity. I got it for my dad and so far no issues. It takes a little while to get used to the various keys though

Got this pay-as-you-go phone for my son because his older brother never used the flip phone on the plan and we paid a monthly fee for nothing. This is a much better option. Pay as he needs minutes.

She had a iPhone and is having a hard time adjusting to this type phone. The iPhone was too expensive for service. It's not the phones fault. It works fine.

I'm just not comfortable with smart phone yet so I keep going back to the trusty flip phone. Cheap too! I find it to be a nice conversation starter as well.

Got this phone for my mother in law after her's quick working. Was able to pick this phone up and put the sim card from her old phone into this one and it was immediately working on AT&T's network

Just a bit better than a jitterbug for coverage I still like the jitterbugs dial and lay out but this phone has better coverage where I'm at

Great At&t Gophone - Lg B470 Phone. This is more than enough for someone who wants a basic phone. Phone has good size color screen and has voice activation. Regular size sim card. Overall great LG flip phone.

My husband's cell phone needs are very basic. But his hearing is not the best. His technology skills are greatly lacking. So this LG flip phone is easy for him to use and he can hear well on it.

A cheap backup phone for when my primary is down or under water. Works great, and kinda pleasantly retro, too.
