Go phone ok for what we wanted

Ask for new pass code sent to phone we were trying to activate. Had to call for help and was told to load money using the pass code that didn't work. Website needs addressing and is NOT user friendly!! Had to call for get the activation and money on account. Not happy about that as that defeats activating online.
