In less than two months, the screen was glitchy internally. LG assessed the phone and said the LCD was damaged (which it was, but internally, not external, and it just randomly happened). I assumed it was faulty software or parts. Either way, they wanted to charge $19.95 for Diagnostic, $65 for repair and $95 for repair/refurbish. For a $25 phone. They also said my "warranty" was now pulled due to damage. The warranty is a joke given the state of my phone when I sent it to them. It absolutely should have been covered given the time I had the phone, the fact it was barely used and that there was no external damage which could suggest why the screen was having a problem internally. I will never purchase an LG phone due to this experience and how they failed to support their products.

Transferred my h2o sim that was in a smart phone to this basic phone for an older family member to use. After charging it up, popped it into a sim adapter to hold the nano size sim, battery in and powered up. Took about a minute or so and it recognized the sim and service quickly! No other unlocking method needed, whew! Only other work needed after was to manually input contact numbers list since it's no longer google account linked anymore, minor issue but was expected. Works as expected, liked the speaker phone function is the center of the Dpad to activate for old people to use, having to explain before where to swipe/press and look for speaker on a smart phone was getting tedious.

perfect flip phone for the basic cell user. I bought 2 for my parents. The battery last forever. Great quality.

This phone works well and it is easy to refill minutes. Old flip-phone style so only get if you just need an extra phone for calls and quick texts (old style keyboard is not made for longer texts or emoji). I use my tablet for most of my communications and this works well as a simple phone saving me a lot of money on data.

This phone is my back up cell for certain locations that I have no signal and it was one of the best decisions I have made especially for my trip to Puerto Rico after last years Hurricane 10/20/17 truly a blessing to have and at a very cheap price

Worked for 4 months and all of a sudden all heck broke loose and Best Buy refuses to help- they told my elderly parents they didn't have this phone in the store which is a blatant LIE. Would NOT help them at all. LG also was useless and clueless. I did a hard reset myself which fixed nothing. Here's what it does: randomly calls people's phones when the phone is just sitting idle on the desk (creepy!!), says "battery low" even though it isn't, says "No Numbers" and beeps - what does this even mean? Utter garbage. Thanks BBuy - your customer service is almost as bad as this awful phone.

Bluetooth is very difficult to set up. Will not find a devise. The device has to find phone. Customer support useless. Alarm hard to set up.

Phone will not power back on after turning off. Battery must be removed and left for minutes before reinstalling.
