No data plan required

Not true with this phone. We have unlimited talk and text ( with pictures and video) for $30 month. Use wifi at home and other places for apps. We have small data plan ($25) on iPad for map and occasional Internet use away from home. Never have a bill over $55 month, works for us because we don't need social media 24/7.
