    Good phone for a smartphone beginner, however, it definitely isn't an iPhone or Galaxy product. The phone was used only for a couple of days, until I received my replacement phone from Assurion. It served its purpose, I guess.

    I bought this phone as a temporary replacement for my iPhone. It was fairly inexpensive and works as intended. To activate it was just as simply as installing the SIMS card from my old phone. The 2-star comes from the software part. As an iPhone user, I had far more control of the device than this Android phone. Android offers very little privacy. For example, in order to use the camera, I had to give Google access to the microphone, and the phone constantly displays a message asking to give Google my location. I'm getting a new iPhone and can't wait to get rid of this very intrusive phone.

    At first your agent had hard time transferring info from old phone to new. Have funky things going on with phone but don't have time to come back up to have agent look at it but will when I get a chance.
