Wanted to try this phone

The sales associate told me I'd only need a $25.00 prepaid card so that's all I bought. When I tried to set up the phone you needed to have at least $50 or $60. I wasn't planning on keeping the phone forever, I just wanted to see if it would work for me so I took it back. Best Buy wouldn't take the $25.00 prepaid card back so I was stuck with it.

I have to constantly pull the battery and restart it. I only have messenger lite and my bank app on my phone. Everything else was already installed. The phone sucks. I bought it in End of March. It is August and its already been replaced. I have had every phoenix before this one and never had any issues.

had to return the phone after about 3 days.
