I damaged my phone and needed a new one. I went to best buy to purchase a new one of the same model and found out when I got there that the store was only doing curbside. Which I did not know but the sales staff didn't hesitate to help me purchase a new one. Since I was purchasing the same make and model it was easy for them to retrieve me a new one and I didn't have to wait long to complete my purchase.

The phone is inexpensive but does the job. The sales clerk was very helpful in setting up the phone for me.

I bought this as a back up phone since I have att prepaid credits. So far this phone has been working good, it is not a daily driver, for the limited usage it works very well. Good call quality and basic functionality. With only 16GB storage, it can be challenging if you have a ton of apps. Nowadays you need 64GB for an android phone.

The 16 gig of memory leaves plenty if room to hold games and apps without slowing the phone down..Picture quality is good but not great

This is a great phone for the price. I bought it as a temporary phone to get through the Holidays. Camera is ok but could be better...

I looked at several different phone for comparison and this one has the better operation system and speed.

for the price a great phone, mainly for basic purposes, email, pics, calls and text, if a heavy phone user for all types apps, dont recommend...

I bought this for a stationary mining project. It performs on the level of about an iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4. For $40 it's really good!
