This is a great budget phone. The phone is very fast with the carrier I have; as far as web browsing goes. Using the camera's features are a little annoying to use compared to my previous phone, the Lumia 810, but it's not a dealbreaker for me. The ability to sync your music, pictures and such to Onedrive for access later is a killer feature on this phone (theoretically that is, as I have not utilized this function yet).

Phone is fast and responsive, good camera. Excellent phone for its money. I am waiting for Windows Phone 10 to run Android apps.

This is the cheap and best phone available in market for the price and the features it contain. You will not be wrong buying this phone.

I got this phone and was amazed with call clarity and video viewing capability. 5 inch screen is the best fit. Battery last long.

This phone is coming out very excellent I haven't yet ran to any problems from this device, the camera is amazing, crystal clear 720p screen, battery is excellent will surely last you awhile if %100 charged and it's running windows mobile 10. I sincerely recommend anybody to buy this nice budget phone it is heavily packed and it's just $30

I updated this phone to windows 10 with windows insider program. Its an excellent phone for the price. Windows app market is lacking. But the phone does wonders.great screen, good camera. windows 10 is good.

Bottom line, it's a good phone for basic services (voice and texting). It's most likely a sinking ship if you are looking to use it as a smartphone. There are a lot to like and dislike about the phone: PRO - battery life, costs (phone and monthly service), screen size, and the case (resist scratching and easily able to swap battery). CON - Apps (e.g. the availability and the quality are sorely lacking, and I expect it's only going to get worst), OS feature (e.g. inconvenient volume control and phone interface design), Physical location of the speaker (placing the phone facing up on a flat surface will muffle the sound coming from the speaker on the back. This effects ringtone, conference/speaker mode).

Nice phone, very good screen, nice viewing angle, easy to see outside, excellent camera, best navigation. OS is fast and responsive, intuitive to use, just missing enough apps. Much happier after upgrading to Windows 10.

Good phone. Easy to use. great maps. cortana is really helpful. worth to the money you spend on this. even the appearance is nice.

Had the nokia 635, saw the 640 on sale, went and got it and was satisfied with the screen size and clarity of the pics

Awesome phone for the money i paid. Not many apps though in Windows. Fits nicely in hand and fast enough to use daily.

Its a great budget phone for the money, the only con is that windows don't have the apps compared to android or iOS.

Great phone for the price. I have been using the phone for about a month now and I love it. Nice big screen and nice camera.

Didn't want to spend $600 on a new iphone, nor lock myself into a 2yr contract with my carrier. Found this phone and couldn't believe the price! Sound quality on calls are amazing, it takes great photos and video. Downside is some of the apps I used with my iphone are not available for a Windows Phone - ugh :( Also, saving a video sent to you from a friend via text is not saveable! Really Windows? You can Tap To Share with another Windows Phone, but how many of your friends have one? Soooo, when you weigh the pros & cons, price is marked with huge stars! There are work arounds for the lack of apps issue - using my tablet, accessing sites through the browser etc. If you're a person who is away from home most of the day and needs a phone that does it all, this isn't for you, unless the Office Suite is a priority, then it's a sweet phone :)

I love this phone. Easy to use. Its fast and sleek. I will continue to purchase windows phones as long as they make them!

Bought this phone to experiment with windows smart phone setup to see if I will use it. As a backup I will use it as my music player and camera and as a way to take notes on the fly. Only downside was that the Best Buy in store activation turned out that they did not do it correctly and the phone went invalid after a couple of days - the phone number that was assigned was pulled and given to another phone. Had to go to a AT+ T store to get it cleared up.....

This Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE is a great business phone, with excellent voice quality for phone calls, and with reliable texting and email on the AT&T network. Your calendar and emails are always in synch with your Windows computer. The Lumia has an excellent five inch screen similar in size to the Samsung Galaxy S6 and larger than the Apple iPhone 6 . An overall excellent phone.
