As an ex- Apple fan, but someone who has decided that high phone price that Apple wants you to pay is no longer worth it, I would encourage users to Terry this phone. Ease of use, battery life is as good or better. It does take 4-5 days to get used to. Some apps that you are used to may not be available but to alternate apps are and to save $600 it's well worth in my experience.

Great phone at a good price. Easily syncs pictures and my Excel and PowerPoint docs with my laptop and vice versa. So easy to use. This is my 2nd Windows phone and I am very satisfied with both.

You get lot more than what you pay for, if you like windows phone. Decent perfrormance Cons: Display not as contrast as the LED versions like lumia 925) Feels very light in hands like a toy phone and the plasticky back is not very impressive

This is a great phone for the price if you rely on a smartphone for the basics. Great screen and camera. Excellent set of basic apps. Beyond that if you're one of those folks who are constantly glued to the screen, get an android or iphone

Bought this phone for a family member; their first smartphone. For the price, it has many features and integrates seamlessly with the windows environment. Nice piece of hardware too.

Good smart phone, can perform all basic smart phone tasks. I like the maps app will work even when other map apps doesnt work. Would recommend it if you are looking for a phone and doesnt want to spend too much. Also a good backup phone

Great starter phone, especially if you are getting one for a child. Got these for younger children and the phone is durable and easy to use.

1st phone for my dd. Bought this phone, as a gift for my dd, and it has worked very well. She enjoys using it. We get great reception. She enjoys the Pandora app. The phone is easy to use.

I got this phone as a backup phone and I loved it...simple and easy to use the UI and has all smart features.Camera is just good however performance is way better when compared to all other basic smart phones in the current market.....

The best phone deal i took for thanks givings is this phone. it got all the features, what any user needs with no contract., what else you need. than end up paying more phone bills. Do get this phones. if you dont want to pay high phone bills.

Hardware for this price is unbeatable and I actually like windows operating system but wish their app market was as robust as android and ios, if it was I'd probably switch it. Great phone for the price, I bought it as a gift to someone else.

the phone is excellent, i like the good pictures and videos that it takes. it have better reception then my older phone. i give it 4 stars for apps that you can't find, for example is my bank app that i can use on android phones.

I bought when it was on sale at best buy. It's locked with AT&T at the beginning. You can use with your AT&T service without problem ( prepaid or post paid). its nice size, I wished it had more good apps like android and iOS do.

Love this phone everything I download it goes on my sd card it save me a lot of space and Cortana awesome too. It's awesome! 100% recomended.

The phone much lighter than my current samsung galaxy s5 active and still fast. I am looking forward to having window mobile 10 in my phone.

This is a great mid to low end smart phone. It is an ATT Go phone but it is easily unlocked (first step is to remove sim card before powering up), so it can be a pay as you go phone or used with pretty much any carrier that will give you a sim card.. Even if you don't use it as a smart phone, the maps application will let you download entire states use the GPS without signal. You could put in a large SD card and it's a portable media player. Of course as long as you have wifi it is a good browser and email machine...

A nice mobile to have. Although it has the external memory card slot available, the internal memory is very less (8 GB). I love the camera where it captures a second of video while taking picture... Overall, its a nice phone to have.

A great phone for a senior who isn't tech crazy...just uses it for calls ,emails texting and some research. Works well and is easy to use.

It is reasonably priced with excellent quality! The 720p screen is crisp. The camera is really good and has a flash! The here map is great!

The entry level microsoft phone are much better than entry level androids. If you are looking for a low cost phone, this is it.
