I'm using this as a mini tablet thus far.....testing windows mobile 10. So far I'm pleased with it's performance.....considering to activate as a phone. I like the interface and performance even though this is a low end (price wise) windows phone. Presently using an iPhone.....I appreciate the flexibility of the windows mobile phone in regards to how you can set up your viewing screen. Bought it for $30...couldn't beat that price.

for 29.99, you have all the basic functions you need from the phone and it is a very good backup phone and nice Metro interface for windows and good to have different feel than Andriod or IOS.

Excellent budget phone for kids and elders. Windows phone is very adequate and easy to adapt if u don't require all those fancy apps. All the basic apps are there and work very well.

For the $30 price, you are getting an excellent device with 8GB of storage space, NFC, and a decent camera. it has its negatives but as an in general media device, it works.

Touch screen is very sensitive and works as expected. Camera is also good for this price of phone. It has even iso configuration to change the clarity/ brightness of photo. Really I liked it.

The phone is a good device , but suffers from the well documented woes of the Windows platform. If this will run the apps you need,don;t hesitate, it;s a bargain even at list price,

Great beginner phone. I used Cortana while I was on vacation to get around and the app was great. The only thing negative I would say is that I miss my having my Dunkin Donuts app.

This phone was an awesome upgrade for an older windows phone that was no longer functioning properly. Takes great pictures, service is good and most of all has a card slot for memory cards.

I purchased this phone from BestBuy and I am pleased with it. It has many more features that my nokia 520. It was easy to setup and use.

For the price, it is a big, great looking screen and I personally love the Windows phone OS. Totally worth every penny. Can't go wrong.

I have been watching this phone for a while. I use it to replace my old Lumia 520. Both Lumia are really good at the price. I cannot imagine you can get better products at this price.

This is a great phone for the price. The performance is much better than I expected. The only bad aspect of this phone is the camera, which is nowhere near what is expected in 2016.

Simple and easy to use. Don't need a a lot of apps so this Window phone is great and the price was affordable. Got it on sale.

I had this phone for over 1 month now and seems to work perfectly. The only cons i can think off, there aren't a lot of apps available for windows phone app, some apps not updated.

Good replacement or backup phone for use overseas. Look online for how to get it unlocked and use with other GSM carriers worldwide.

This phone was really much nicer than expected for the money. Very full featured and a big screen.

I came to this phone from a Lumia 900. Despite that phone being a flagship a few years ago, the 640 beats it in nearly every area. The front camera resolution is only 1 megapixel (as opposed to 2 mp for the 900) but other than that it's a big step up and a great value for the price. Now I just have to find a phone case that doesn't cost more than I paid for the phone.
