One of the best budget phones. I like its 5' screen, great battery and GPS function.

This cell phone operates better than most. Responsive, good pictures. Clean look, windows mobile is a bit different when first used bit easy to learn.

In my opinion this is the best phone on the market for the price. Battery life is great, Display matches up against higher price phones. Great Camera.

I have used Android phone for quite long time. However started using Microsoft phone for last 6 months. And I found Lumia 640 is really a good one in the series with all smart phone features. 8 MP camera is awesome especially auto upload in cloud, as soon as the picture is clicked. I am a great fan of Here Offline GPS now. Its worth!!

Great phone at this price range. If Microsoft offer unlocked version with $25 - 30 extra , then it can be market leader in low / mid price segment.

I have used windows phone in past and with latest updates, the phone looked tempting. When I checked the price, I was shocked..Just 30 bucks? Ordered the phone immediately for my Dad and trust me, this is Way better than 100 $ + phones. Camera is awesome, Phone never hangs/appears to be lagging, all basic/medium graphics games play smooth. Glad I purchased from Bestbuy !

I purchased it for my father who always complains about not being able to see the numbers on the screen of his phones. The big screen was perfect for him.

Wonderful phone for the price! Works wonderfully. Bought it for my sister-in-law after she had her old phone stolen. She enjoys it very much!

I bought this to replace my wife's Lumia 630, where her gripes were poor camera, no flash, and no way to get notifications without turning the screen on. The 640 gives her the camera flash plus a selfie camera, Glance Screen for notifications, and the camera far outperforms the poor 5mp on the 630. This plus a larger 5" HD screen and 1gig of RAM make it a steal of a phone. I know Microsoft is subsidising these a lot to get as many out there as possible to keep Windows Mobile alive, but even besides that, this is a great phone, made awesome by the low price.

i bought this to use as my work phone. for the price you really can't beat it. as a work phone it is nice to have office for your documents

This was my first Windows phone since I needed it to test some Windows Apps on a physical device. The phone works well, its fast, responsive and the screen is good for the price. I've been using Android phones for a while and it wasn't difficult trying to navigate in the Windows environment.

I purchased this phone as a first smart phone. So far it has lived up to my expectations. Easy to use especially if you are used to Windows.
