This is my first smart phone. I didn't want to spent to much money for it. I did some research and because i like my computer and Windows OS, I decided to by Lumia. It is a little bit bigger than I expected but it is good. Some of the settings background photo setting isn't work anymore but I don't want to spent to much time for it. I hope I'll figure out how to do it . The reason for my choice of 640 was the 8 MP camera. It is not bad. I don't have experience with other phones.

Nice phone, switch from iphone to microsoft. It has a great 5-inch display, 4G LTE connectivity and an 8-megapixel camera.

I found this one is perfect for my father for his routine jobs..n from best buy I got It in good deal. Just $30.

This phone features are better than my Samsung s3 neo. Have gifted it to my old parents who dont need android phones...

Was looking for a basic smartphone. But, was amazed to see the features packed.

This is easily the best phone I have seen/owned for $30. I could never use a Windows phone for my main line, but this is on a third line we have and let our son use from time to time. He loves it because he can chat with this Xbox friends on it, and we like it because the parental controls on Windows phone are really nice and easy to setup. Easily recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap backup phone, or if you are looking at trying out the Windows world of phones.

The Lumia 640 is a great phone for a very inexpensive price. I have friends with I Phones and Samsung Galaxies that have paid $600 +. This phone can usually be bought for under $60. It is a Windows Phone. It is very easy to use and very easy to see the on screen tiles / icons. That's especially helpful for older eyes.

Bang for your buck is an understatement. Other than being stuck with at&t for 6 months the phone is awesome.

Getting a Lumia 640 for only $29 during Black Friday week was well worth it. Key new features/upgrades from the 635 were the 5" screen; front facing camera; and the LED flash with the rear facing camera. A no-contract phone that you can use your existing ATT SIM card with for under $30 is a definitely a great bargain.

i really like this phone, and now they can be surely upgraded to windows 10! I will use it with my microsoft band 1

I've gone through a lof of phone and operating systems so I wanted to try the Windows phone again to see if i was truly in love with the phone. What i truely like about the phone is the tiling of the main homescreen. The windows app can and is in need of much work. The processor is ok but i think its slow because i'm use to faster processor on the iphone 6 plus and samsung s6. Overall it will serve as a good back up phone if you need it for emergency.

It's a very good product at a very less price for the people those who use the basic features of smartphone.

This phone has many features which are available in iPhone or Samsung Galaxy phone but for very cheap price.

I bought this for my spouse. She loves it. Very simple to use. good interface. works out of the box with no issues.

I have been using windows phones since they were introduced and they keep getting better. I like the larger format screen and the new functionality of windows. Good phone overall.
