Windows Phone is notorious for lack of applications. This phone is no exception. However, if your major activities on a phone is calling, texting, and getting online less frequently, like my parents, this phone is adequate. For the price, I have no complaints, and actually, my parents like it so far.

for price its good not best.. main use for calls and browsing social media..With windows8.1, apps did not support properly on device. with windows 10 OS, hardware do not support and makes it slow.. planning to replace it..

There aren't too many Windows phones to choose from so I decided to give this one a try. For the price this is a really great smart phone. Features and quality on par with a $150 android. Great deal.

This is a great prepaid mobile phone at an affordable price. I like the glance feature where the screen always shows the time and you can tap to wake the screen. Came with windows 8.1 and works great out of the box with an existing sim card. Has a micro sd slot as well. For $30 this is a great phone.

I got this Lumia 640 4g because the internal storage will use a 128 mc card, and you can pull the sim card and use it on wifi only, works great with lots of apps with windows 8. Great camera also.

It is a windows phone and it aims to make your information available throughout your windows platforms. I am waiting for the upgrade to Windows mobile 10, which Microsoft will release early next year. Read the specs. For an entry level smartphone price, you get mid-level specs. No need to say more.

Got phone during the black friday sale. Super cheap. The phone is very good, with everything i want. Windows 10 makes it extra special. Great buy, and as usual best buy shopping experience was great

My old phone died, and I didn't want to spend lot on a new one. This phone exceeds all my expectations and as long as you aren't tied to a particular app in IOS or Android that isn't available in Windows there is no reason to get anything else.

Initially was skeptical about low cost smart phone, but the moment I touched the product, felt the built quality of materials. One of the best in the market. The phone's performance with 1GB RAM, is awesome. Was able to customize at will....

it works really well and it had good storage also it loads fast and it does mostly all things ios and adroid devices does all it has microsoft word and more for free.Great for the price

I know that at the price, I should not be expecting much. So for a smartphone running Windows, it is a good enough device. This is not a iPhone nor an Android flagship phone from Samsung or LG. It takes decent pictures, play music, and let you surf the internet, aside from performing just like any cellphones. The only thing I can see so far is the Bluetooth function, which is not as great as the other two OSes. I have yet to test the GPS function, but this is not the main reason justifying the purchase. What I wanted is a smartphone running Windows, and it delivers. I will have to wait and see how it performs after upgrading to Windows 10.

This was on sale for Black Friday for $29.99 and was worth every penny. I really like the different OS and it's super easy to use. I would recommend to buy one for a backup just in case something happens to your daily driver.

Purchased this phone on Black Friday for $30. I love it, and can't believe it was so cheap. Nice upgrade over Lumina 521 I had been using. I was able to get it unlocked rather easily to use with my existing (non-AT&T) carrier. Can't wait for Windows 10 mobile update, which is supposedly coming soon.

The phone is good for the price, however Windows mobile is not very good. The amount of apps is nothing compared to android and the phone is very slow even to surf the web. Don't pay more than 30.00 dollars for this phone.

Bought this on thanks giving day and ordered a store pickup ... but the product was unavailable due to high demand. On calling up Best-buy, the customer representative back-ordered it and arranged a shipment on this production.

Wanted phone that work with my computer. I also wanted to use the internet and have some use as others do with more powerful iPhones but with a lot less money. Not a big tech person.
