I seriously love the windows O/S Used this phone to test before i bought the 640XL GREAT OPERATIONG SYS

Needed to replace my old flip phone because of technical obsolescence. I'm only casual gophone user but wanted to try a smart phone for some of the features. It had to be usable on wi-fi because I didn't want a data plan to worry about. This Windows phone fits the bill perfectly. Good battery life and most importantly, restored reliable connectivity. Great buy!

I am not smart on smart phones. But this product serving my purpose effectively and efficiently.

Got this to my mother as she could do skype with me on the go. The screen clarity is really good. These days mictosoft has good collection of apps!!

I have been using a Lumia 640 for a couple of months on a competing network and I love it. When I saw these ATT versions of the 640 were going on sale on Black Friday I had to pick up a couple more. ATT has a great option to unlock the phone, as long as you are not an existing customer. I think instructions have been posted here. Let me tell you, they do work. I unlocked one of the two I purchased and it worked like a charm. Now that the phone is unlocked, I am setting it up to mirror my existing 640. I plan on updating this new Lumia 640 to the new Windows 10 Mobile operating system, through the insider preview that Microsoft offers. I have Windows 10 on my older Nokia 521 Windows phone and it works fine, but I wanted to see what it can do on the highly upgraded 640 vs the more basic 521. The phone works great, it's so easy to set up, the phone walks through all the options. The phone works smoothly, has a nice 8 megapixel camera with flash and a front facing camera as well. It is smooth and works well. You absolutely cannot beat this phone at 59.99. It was a steal at 29.99. The Windows operating system is different that the iOS or Android systems, but in many ways it is far superior, in my opinion. I find the Windows layout so customizable and there are a lot of options to change the size of the Tiles (Icons) and make them "live" where they flip and display data on many Apps. Yes, the Windows phone may be missing a few apps the others have, None that I care about, but I know others do. It is up to the individual to decide. Many are there, and they do add more over time. Where else can you get a solid phone with a HD screen (720P), with Gorilla glass and clear black screen, which performs great for a mid-range phone and priced hundreds less than the cheapest iPhone. My only regret, maybe I should have bought a few more on Black Friday and gifted them this Christmas!

The phone is useful and is easy to learn. Has easy functions and the app store is easy to use.

This is an excellent phone to have in this price range. Little bit tough to use this phone as windows OS but overall phone is very good.

this little Microsoft Lumia phone has been a great liitle back up phone. i am on the ATT network and it seems to work everywhere i go.

I would say this one is an excellent phone at this price BestBuy offering in discount. Plenty of features at this low price is a Go. GoPhone!

I bought this during one of the clearance sales and use it as a backup phone. The apps are sparse, but the most important one is Here Maps, which can be used for offline GPS and worth it for that alone. The keyboard isn't that responsive and the browser is terrible though. On the otherhand, I love the slide and tap feature to answer phone calls.

Great phone with excellent build quality. It feel so light in hand even with 5" inch large screen.

I had been wanting one of these for awhile, mostly based on the ratings I had see. Very nice product, great screen.......but nearly everything was a pain and counter intuitive to me, after using Android for awhile. I found it to be too frustrating to use & returned it fairly quickly. Best Buy accepted the return very graciously and efficiently.

Good screen resolution and size for budget Windows phone.

This phone is just the right size, not too large, not too small. Very fast response when using. Would highly recommend this Windows Phone.

I used a 520 in the past and use this for backup and bought one for a friend for Christmas. Works great, awesome size and feel in The hand.
