Phone is great but lack of apps drags it down

Otherwise it is a steal for $29.99. Excellent phone for Windows users who can live with a limited selection of apps. Works fine for me so far.

Only thing which make me give 4 stars is that it's Windows phone and window offer a very limited apps. Other than that it's a great phone and what makes it great is the price.
