I really do not know where to start! I just couldn't believe how good this phone is. For $29.99 even if you bought it to use it as a dashboard gps for directions in your car, or if you just wanted additional charging cable, or just a 5" tablet for kids to play, or a flashlight, additional battery etc.. But you get everything not mention quad core processor which is very smooth. Upgradable up to 128gb micro as for additional storage if u wanted. This is from a iPhone user. I never used any phone and been with iPhone since 3G came out. I had the 3G, 4, 5s and 6+.. I tried android but wasn't very pleased so I was like "hey il give Windows a chance after all is only $29.99" and I was amazed. I have had it now for 1 week and just can't let it down. Don't get me wrong iPhone is excellent but this is an easy and pleasing transition for Apple user to Windows. I have to say that Microsoft has some amazing innovations. I bought 2 phones and have unlocked them both by at$t. I wanted to get additional one just while the price is still good. One more thing this $30 phone can do is it is nfc enabled meaning you can pay wireless like Apple Pay by just tapping on your phone by a nfc scanner. Wow!! Thank you!

I purchased two of these for my kids. They run great with Windows 10. They like the large screen, the camera is nice as well as the front facing camera and flash. These are nice upgrades over the 635's they were using.

I bought two of these phones for $30 each during the Thanksgiving sale. The phone came with Windows mobile 8.1 but I soon upgraded one of them to Windows mobile 10 using the Windows Insider program. Had to do a hard reset once as my hotmail emails were not syncing correctly. Did not experience any of the issues that other Windows mobile users had with Windows 10. One of the biggest drawbacks of Windows mobile platform is the lack of apps. The apps that I am looking for are the banking and credit card apps which I use the most.

Great value for money, but misses Google Maps and Chrome/Firefox browsers. If you don'e use Google services much, then highly recommend. Decent camera for a low end device. Very good battery life.

Very nice looking phone with a great back camera. Functionality is very fast and smooth. Doesn't have all the apps of an iOS or Android phone but does have most of the important ones.

I have been using Android for the past couple of years and this Is the my first Windows Phone ever. the User Interface is quite different but i am getting accustomed to it. This phone is currently $29.99 which is way to much value for your money. There is no Problem with this phone and it is better than son high end phones out there.

My wife's iPhone 5 finally died, I was looking for an inexpensive phone and I read reviews on this phone. Best Buy had it for $30 and decided to give it a try. I will never spend $500 or $600 on new phones ever, I love this phone and can't wait till my iPhone 6 dies so I can purchase this one.

Overall I'm very glad with the phone - especially for the price I paid for this phone during thxgvng (such a good phone only six Lincolns) Screen resolution is great, performance is zippy. I was surprise to see that MS app store has most of the apps that I needed (aside from obvious ones such as Whatapp, FB, Skype it also had some good free games such as Wordament, tv channels such as ESPN, TNT).

The Lumia 640 with a quad core Snapdragon and 1 GB RAM is one of the best phones below the $100 mark. Microsoft has done a good job optimizing the OS for speed. I upgraded to W10M via the Windows Insider option. This thing flies! Very fluid, very stable. I love it.

Excellent phone at a bargain price during black Friday. Really good screen size, and runs Windows. I wish there are more applications from Windows store.

I have yet to use this phone so I have nothing I can contribute when it comes to helping to make the decision on whether to purchase or not other than reviews I read BUT I did buy it for $29.99 yesterday AND I'm hoping I can unlock it on at&t website to use with metropcs like another consumer said was possible!

This is a great phone, especially for the money. It performs better than many phones that cost hundreds more. I like everything about it. its fast, responsive, good signal strength,camera is very nice, gps works great with the Nokia app. No complaints at all about this phone.

This Lumia 640 is as simple as effective. Minimalistic design for users who like order and thoughtfulness. Windows Phone 8.1 makes it really awesome device, yet MS promises to update it to Windows Mobile 10! Then it will gain 200% of its value. Good investment! Here are pros and cons: Pros: - Price/Quality ratio - Seamless integration with desktop windows 10 (you can even control your phone with computer) - Nice camera with LED - Snappiness - Very long charging cable - Design - Excellent IPS screen - good view in sunlight, high contrast, good colors, wide brightness control - can read comfy in dark - Long lasting battery 2 days of moderate use. > 1 week in standby + light use - MS Office files editing support - And yes it can be easily programmed using Visual Studio Cons: - Not much built in storage available - Apps choice not that vast as for Android (but let's see what changes with Windows 10, maybe Android apps support) Will by another one for brother soon.

I have read the specs and was very much impressed with the features for this price. i say this is a gift from Microsoft to all of us. Msart phone with Windows OS, all necessary Apps available. good memory, expandable slot. what not. everything is good. i strongly recommend this buy.

It has perfectly served my need. Its pretty cheap enough for so many features. I got my unlock code from At&t on 3rd day after receiving my phone and LTE/4G do work for T-Mobile connection, mine did.

if you are looking for a phone for the purpose of using it as phone, emails, web browsing, texting and overall general purpose then get this as even if it breaks....it wont break your wallet...btw the battery on this thing is awesome....I got almost 2 days before needing a charge.

I bought a phone for my mother and myself to test out the windows insider software for the windows 10 experience. This phone is very easy to use and calls are nice and clear. I was able to unlock this phone for use on T-Mobile's network. In summation, this is a pretty decent phone especially with the $30.00 price point :)

This is a really great phone, not just for the price but for the value you get. I purchased two of them, one for my wife and one for myself. I will never pay more than $100 for a phone again. If you buy this phone, make sure you purchase an SD card as you will need it to extend the phone memory. It's compatible with 128GB SD card or less.
