I was looking for a temp. phone to have around just in case if something should happen to my primary phone. Coming from an iPhone to this windows phone wasn't too challenging. Phone it's self is not bulky, it feels good on the hand. The screen looks good. You can't expect much from a cheap phone either. The calls were clear, the net ran well. I got this on sale for $39.99. I would buy again if I needed to.

I purchased this device mainly as a backup but i started like windows 10 mobile version and started using this as a primary phone. The screen and performance is satisfactory. With orange back cover it looks premium device.

Its been 5 days since I requested ATT to unlock my device. Still no response from ATT!

I have had an ATT go phone and chose this smartphone as an upgrade to my "dumb phone." I really like the phone. The problem was that Best Buy didn't deactivate the theft deterrent in the package when they shipped it, so when I received the phone, it was restricted from use. Took me emailing the packing list to ATT as proof of purchase and an act of Congress to get the thing working. BUT, now that everything is cleared up, I'm loving the phone!

Love the phone super easy to learn and use to bad windows won't get onboard with the apps

The phone itself works fine but as a smartphone it is lacking. Many common apps that are available for iOS or Android are simply not available for this phone. If you don't care about apps and just want a decent phone that is geared towards the Microsoft fan then this is the phone for you. Otherwise, you may want to look elsewhere.

It can be unlocked for T-Mobile for free by submitting a request to AT&T, but it doesn't support band 12 LTE which is in use in major metro areas like NYC/Boston/LA.

Very good screen resolution and the system runs smooth. Apps are still few compared to iOS/Android. Way better windows phone than its predecessor lumia 635.

Yes, everyone is clearing these out for around $30. Yes, its light and feels rubbery and flimsy but windows os is fast for the people who likes easy navigation or doesn't need a lot of apps. So I would recommend for your mom and dads and especially grandparent to use this phone. Unless...they're hipsters.

I bought this to use simply as a wifi device. It works fine for that purpose. I don't know that I would want this to be my primary mobile device.

The main reason I bought this phone was because it is one of the cheapest Windows phones on the market. For $30 bucks, it is well worthy of that - no latency when you use the Windows phone tile interface, good signal, high built quality. I would recommend this phone if you want to try out the Windows eco-system (but be aware of the lack of apps though).

After the continuous usage and when compared to the previous versions of Lumia family, the phone looks good for a pretty normal user.

The screen is pretty big, giving you a lot of space to play with the UI. And it works just fine with regular AT & T service, so you don't need to pair it with their prepaid service. All in a very affordable package.

It was one of best deals bought on blackfriday, value for money. Rated 4 as facing some minor issue with network sometime.

There is no way to beat this phone at this price. Upgrades to windows 10 mobile. I no longer have the stress of carrying around a $600-$800 phone. Don't let the $30 no contact price fool you, it's great phone. Takes great photos and video. Fast 4g LTE. No, I don't work for Microsoft, at&t or best buy ;). Just love this phone.

Loved it. Bought it for my mom and she liked it. Different UI then normal Android or iPhones, but liked it. And has all the features that are needed. Don't use much apps and fits my mom's usage.

I bought this phone and I was amazed how fast it is on the web. Nothing lacking there. Camera takes awesome pics, multi images clear . Music sounds great you can adjust your bass ,etc. Phone calls also clear. I highly recommend this phone.

Wow if you can live with a good simple phone , that runs windows this is a major go and for $29 wow you can't break this phone . Get it !!!. Only reason there's 4 stars is cause of some of the apps have a lot of bloat .

It is very good choice to buy the phone anyway, you can find most apps you need on windows store.
