Affordable, easy to use and very very fast. Didn't expect it to have such a nice camera.

solid build, smooth system, excellent battery life, the only shortcoming is less apps comparing to android, ios. but should be good enough for not heavy user.

I've avoided Apple products since before the Mac just on pricing principles alone--but even iPhone users seem impressed once they start messing with my new Lumia 640. I like the Windows 8.1 Phone interface better than the Android interfaces, overall. This one is pretty speedy with a nice clear display. The only caveat with Windows Phones is the lack of "specialty apps", such as vendor-specific ones, which are routinely released only for iPhone or Android. However, all the "standard apps" seem as good (if not better) than Android versions, at least to me. It's a lot of phone hardware for not much money!

Excellent backup phone for small price. Fast, fluid, great battery life and camera.

This is a very good device that you can upgrade to Windows 10 mobile early with using the windows insider app in the app store. Good buy and outstanding price.

I needed to buy my daughter her 1st phone. I researched and found the best phone in our budget with all the features she needed. This phone fit the bill. I went to the Best Buy store and activated the phone to my current AT+T account (not Go-Phone). After over 2 months of use, she has no complaints.

Good phone. Got it for 30$ BF deal. Nice camera build quaity. only problem is less app support compared to android. but for that price doesnt matter

I use it as a handheld Windows PC, not as a telephone. It has good screen, good speed, and very good price. It is one of the best deals that I have bought in the past 5 years. I would like to upgrade it to Windows 10, but Microsoft told me to wait for my turn. I recommend this product.

I was able to get it with only $30. It is really good to use an windows phone. It is my first windows phone, and I love it! Light and great!

An excellent phone, works like I am using a costlier counterpart. Even with low end processor and only 1GB RAM, its as responsive as one requires a phone to be. Camera is quick and clear in daylight...don't expect much in low light though. Integration with office e-mail via Outlook and mobile Office is great, no need for a laptop for most of the things. Couple of caveats, inbuilt memory should have been more as upgrade to Win10 ate almost all of it...and other stuff as usual with Win10. But all-in-all a great buy for $40.

This phone is miles ahead of the 630. Has everything I need. The price is so much cheaper then the Samsung and Apple As long as you like Windows.

Easy to set up, decent camera, no bloatware, battery last a long time

Coming from an android phone isn't easy when trying to maneuver WP. But this is a good phone. It's bigger than the Lumia 635 and it's about the same as the 635. If you've Office 365, just don't sign in to use your paid service. Apps are still limited for WP and most apps are fee'd. Do not dream that you can get your Google stuff to work on WP, and you don't get all features if you got it to work. But with Best Buys coupons and discounts and promo all added together, for a phone under $100, this is the phone you want to get.

Its a very good and fast phone i like the camara and everthing

I purchased this as a back up phone. I have never had a windows before. It's fast and easy to set up. If you remove the sim card before turning it on it remains unlocked to use on any gsm network. I use mine on Cricket. It has some bloat ware, mostly att stuff.

I don't know why people don't like windows phones. I found this very easy to figure out. It's responsive with a crisp screen. The only drawback, which is why Windows phones trail behind Android and iOS, it that there are very few apps available compared to the other two operating systems. However, the call quality on this phone is excellent.

I love this phone. It is my upgrade from a 635. It runs smoothly and takes good pictures as well. I love here + drive and use it ever since!

I bought this phone on thanksgiving at Bestbuy. It was lighter than I expected it to be, its lighter than a Samsung Galaxy s5, more sleeker and looks more like a small tablet PC. It is a windows phone and it takes time to adjust to it but the camera is far superior than a Samsung S4. also has better sound quality and display. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a budget phone with a lot of features.
