Bought to replace my home land line which was costing me $30 per month. My cell provider provides a 4th smart phone at no charge so I replaced the land line with this phone and simply ported my land line number to this one. My other equipment is Apple IOS based but this phone is easy to use and understand.

The phone works well on the Consumer Cellular network. There's a fair amount of AT&T apps that I don't want, but the phone works well. Good camera so far.

Got a young teen who is begging for an iPhone? Mine were but instead they each received a Motorola E. While it's not the most feature rich phone it is a great starter for teens/kids when you fear the damage that could occur with an expensive HTC, Samsung or LG flagship phone. The body is sealed with a removable ring around the phone that allows access to the SIM and MicroSD card slots. The battery is not removable. Pictures are a little weak and videos are grainy. However, it does allow you to use just about every app on the Google marketplace

Phone, email, internet, apps perform as expected. Camera is nothing special...but is a $50 phone.

Works and is more reliable than my old Samsung Galaxy S3.... atleast it doesn't lag like any bloatware filled android devices from other carriers.

Can be used in Africa but needs to be unlocked first.

The phone can be easily unlocked from AT&T device unlock portal. The phone is in good quality and the battery lasts long. The only drawback is that it won't receive Marshmallow update according to Motorola.

This is a good budget phone. Bought it for my kids and works for what he uses it for.

The Motorola E is a simple smart phone, which works ok, but it doesn't have enough memory to add multiple apps. The size of the phone is perfect to carry around. But for the price, one can't beat it.
