Great as a starter phone

We are currently using it as an unactivated phone, so it currently only has wi-fi access. It's perfect in this function, so that my child has only a few apps and videos to keep her occupied. Sorry, I can't really review the phone features that well, but the wi-fi is decently powered, and it has a fairly straight-forward Android interface.
