I purchased this for my mother who is not the best with technology. She loves it, she is learning how to use it more and more day by day.

Good sound quality and easy to use except there are some calls that require you to choose a response rather than being able to answer the call and I haven't figured that out yet.

Switching from a Windows phone to an android phone. Taking a little time to get used to it, but seems to have more apps. Still going to take a little more getting used to.

This cell is often on sale for $30, at that price there really is no competition. If you are used to a 5" screen, it may be difficult adjusting to the smaller screen.

Easy to unlock with AT&T. Works well with various prepaid services. I only needed a budget phone for basic usage (phone calls, texting, email, GPS) and that all works well.

I got this phone to replaced a broken one for my son. It worked right away after installing the SIM card.

I purchased this phone with the idea that this would be just an inexpensive phone to hold me until I decided which "better" phone I would purchase. I tried all the name phones Samsung, LG, HTC etc. I could not justify paying so much for a phone. I also wanted a smaller size phone. Moto E was the perfect choice for me. I dislike that it's packaged in a go phone blister package, not easily recognized in the store, nor the fact that with a sim card can be used as a regular smartphone. I have read reviews that this is a beginner, budget phone that lacks all the features of a higher end phone. That is all false. This is Motorola Mobility now owned by Lenovo. Out of the package you first notice this is not a cheap plastic lightweight. It is a pleasure to hold in a nice quality encasement. I tested, watching on You Tube, HBO, etc. Great picture and sound. Google maps with voice works fine 4g LTE Quad Core, Lollipop 5.01 All my apps work great. No contract, $99.99.. If you need a better camera, or play high intensity games you may not find this phone for you. I have tried the camera and it takes very nice pictures. If you want better be prepared to spend a lot more money. If you want a nice quality phone that fits in your hand and is a real pleasure to use go for the Moto E. 1527. Needless to say I don't have to look for a "better" phone now. Got one! This review is not a comparison to any other phone. I recommend this based on its own quality.

Took 5 trips to AT&T to set up and reactivate phone to replace old regular phone. billing is big ??

It's a good back up phone if your main one breaks for some reason. It'll do the job, just slower.

This is a great phone for someone who wants an inexpensive smart phone for talking and texting. Also good sound quality when listening to music.

Bought as a replacement for another brand that was nothing but problems. It was a steep learning curve but I have been very happy with this phone.

A cheap wi-fi device, purchased for my little brother. Great for simple games and apps.
