Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the affordability, ease of use, and good camera quality of the MOTO E5 Play. Positive feedback also highlights decent battery life and sufficient storage, especially when using a microSD card. However, some users point out limitations in the phone's memory and processing speed. A few customers also noted the phone's relatively small size.

Motorola makes great devices but I just need to point out for a Tech company to list a phone as having 16GB of memory you mean Storage Memory is your RAM if this phone had 16GB of RAM for it's price that would be phenomenal not only does this phone lack the capacity to have 16GB of RAM yet we are just now getting into 8GB of RAM on some high end phones like the NOTE 9 for example most laptops on the market today dont come stock with 16GB of RAM lol anyways Best Buy please hire me I need. Career with y'all I've dreamed of working for y'all for many years :) I have my AAS in Network Administration I can be the first ever geek squad sales trouble shooter hybrid employee 9313056600

I just got it yesterday morning. Budget phone or not this is a great smartphone. Setup and transfer were easy and the thing operates like a champ! Call quality is great and the speaker is plenty loud enough. Stock ringtones/notification tones are not very inspiring, but "there's an app for that!" I'm just getting to know the phone, but so far, so good! The only thing is: the AT&T prepaid version does NOT come with a fingerprint sensor. Not on the back or the front. Not a deal breaker for me at all. Over all this unit is a big over the other smartphone I had been using. Very happy with purchase.

By Best Buy and AT&T prepaid This is supposed to have a fingerprint sensor it says it on the website, the box and the salesperson told me it has a fingerprint sensor. I purchased this on Friday and opened it today Sunday and was in the middle of setting the phone up and DO NOT SEE the fingerprint sensor as an option only the usual pin, password or pattern. I purchased this believing and was my sole reason for purchasing aside from the OS being Oreo, was for the fingerprint sensor. Now Best Buy wants $45 back from a phone I paid $99 for because I don't want to keep this phone. I'm so disappointed and upset.

Poor battery life, At&t screwed up Phone

Poor battery life, At&t screwed up Phone. At&t eliminated so many functions on phone to force customers to buy more services that is free on most phones with other carriers. Bluetooth not working you have to pay $30 for that. WIFI calling doesn't work, you have to pay for that, another $30 and another plan. At&t customer Service staff are rude and unprofessional. I got error message each time I turn phone on and off and customer service told me to remove SIM card and wait one hour. I was told they will do update to my phone then they will call me after one hour. That was 15 days ago and I haven't heard from them! I wish I never bought this phone and will never again recommend At&t to anybody.
